I called to put my house up for sale and they connected me with Lisa. Lisa came by and showed she had a lot of knowledge of the prices in the area. We set a price that I was happy with and put the house up for sale. I left for vacation the next day, which was a Friday. She had 25+ showings between Friday and Sunday. By Sunday night I had a few offers and agreed to one of them which was more than asking. HOUSE SOLD. This doesn’t really give you the whole picture. During the period before it was up for sale, Lisa was instrumental in making the house look just perfect for showing. This is very important. Lisa Seto is an excellent realtor and a good person. Two situations stand out in my time with her.

Lisa stopped a house inspection halfway threw. She called me to the property, listed off the problems, and told me “You’re not buying this Sh*thole.” She also made sure I did not pay full price for the inspection.

The house I ended up buying was a very desirable home in a competitive price range. When the house was listed we had viewed and smashed home an offer within an hour before anyone else even set foot in the house.
